Hard to believe, but the 2010 Nebraska road racing season is over. Beginning in April with the Le Tour de Husker and wrapping up with the Omaha Cycling Weekend, riders competed in 11 events inlcuding time trial, criterium and road race disciplines to determine the division winners.
The purpose of the Nebraska Cycling Association’s Rider of Year program (ROY) is to recognize and reward consistent performance from area racers. In addition to prestige of being the most consistent racer in your category and age division, “Rider of the Year” winners receive free entry to the following year “Rider of the Year” races.
